Whether you are attending a hall or private sessions in the studio, please feel secure in knowing all safety precautions and guidelines will be strictly adhered to.

At ts_pilates our 'Covid-19 Return To Work Awareness' training has been completed and we are fully confident in our processes to keep all clients safe & well whilst being able to continue enjoying Pilates.
