Power Pilates

Monday 18.00pm ONLINE                                            Wednesday 07.00am ONLINE                                            

This popular class is a fast paced 30 minute workout. A combination of HIIT and Pilates. We use small hand weights and body weight only. Full focus still on the Pilates Principles and core work, alongside strength training. All of the classes at ts_pilates attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. Both classes are online via Zoom.
