In order to improve my body and strengthen the condition of my back I attend ts_pilates classes minimum twice a week.  Trudi tailors her classes to your individual needs but her aim is to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.I personally have seen a big improvement in my body,  I get great results for me and throughly enjoy every class I attend. You can really see the passion when Trudi teaches.  I highly recommend ts_pilates!"

"I’ve always been active and enjoyed exercise, sometimes to the extreme- taking part in full on boot camps and challenges. I even walked 10k with a hoop spinning around my waist. Then in 2016 I started experiencing pain in my right hip. By 2018 I had been diagnosed with both rheumatoid and osteo arthritis and was in so much pain. I could hardly walk let alone exercise. I was put on medication and my hip was replaced, then I broke my ankle.... I was fed up and needed to get to a place where I could not only move my body again but uplift my mind. Luckily for me, that’s when Trudi introduced me to Pilates. She worked patiently and tirelessly with me to discover what my body was capable of and helped me physically and mentally to get well again. She introduced variations of movements when I struggled and helped me improve my technique and strength. Today, I still suffer but without my regular Pilates classes with Trudi, I would be so so much worse. I love ts_pilates and how it keeps my mind and body in a healthy place. Thank you Trudi"

“Following major surgery towards the end of 2019 (& after sign off from my consultant) I was keen but also very nervous to get back to regular exercise and to build back my core strength.  I joined Trudi’s Pilates sessions in January 2020 & haven’t missed a week since!... “I had never done Pilates before and had been recommended by my doctor that it would help with core strength for my posture with my job being a Hairdresser. Also would help with going through the menopause. I signed up Jan 2020 for 1 session a week. I loved the classes straight away. Trudi was very welcoming and put you at ease explaining from the start the levels you could work at for your own ability. If you had any problems with a certain exercise another option to suit is always available. Each exercise was shown by herself first before we began and she was constantly reminding us of the importance of posture, breath, engagement and walking around checking we didn’t need to be realigned. Seeing others in the class more advanced gave me the determination to carry on and gain strength. Which over a year on has definitely worked. It’s really amazing how your core strength improves without really noticing and some of the movements that once were impossible I can now do with ease. Even through this pandemic the classes were offered virtually and they still worked fantastically. I’ve definitely become addicted!!! Trudi provides excellent classes which are challenging, varied, enjoyable and fun. She is very encouraging and takes time to make sure the movements are correct. My posture is so much better and I am very happy to be able to do roll ups using my core strength and not relying on the momentum to bring me up 😊

“After suffering with a herniated disc and sciatica in my lower spine for over 6 months I was determined to strengthen my core. TS Pilates classes have helped me immensely in doing this. The classes are hard work, but fun, and every week the exercises are  varied and challenging.  Each exercise is given different ability levels so you can work as little or as hard as you want whilst feeling results at the end of the session. I really enjoy the classes and highly recommend Trudi as a Pilates teacher. My core has definitely strengthened over the last year and I put this down to the Pilates that Trudi is teaching” ☺️

“I heard from a friend that Trudi had qualified to teach Pilates, and having always wanted to have a go, I signed up.  I loved it straight away and was extremely impressed with how Trudi taught.  The basic Pilates set up is introduced at the beginning of every lesson, so everyone starts at the beginning!  The class caters for all levels, highlighting where you should feel the stretch. It’s great to give the harder levels a go knowing you can go back a level if you need too.  I was also impressed that some additional sessions were available to inform or remind you about the importance of the Pilates posture and breathing.  It’s been lovely that the lessons haven’t been hampered by the current pandemic and have continued online. Trudi makes the classes challenging and is a true professional; she has added laughter, hard work and much needed routine Pilates to this strange year.
